Rules for COVID-19
At Cronogranada we are attentive to the safety and peace of mind of our clients. Therefore, our guided tours will be conducted in small groups of no more than 6 people, for a better experience and in support of sustainable tourism in which we firmly believe.
Given the current situation, we have prepared a COVID-19 protocol for which we have followed both national and international regulations:
The guide has received specific information on safety and hygiene measures.
At the beginning of the activity, the guide will give precise instructions on prevention and hygiene measures during the tour.
The meeting between participants and guide will take place without physical contact, without shaking hands and without handing over any paper. During the whole tour we will try not to have physical contact between guide and participants.
In monuments and museums we will follow the instructions and recommendations about itineraries and visits that are given to us. Your guide will be the only interlocutor of the group in these cases.
Both guide and participants will maintain a safe distance of 2 metres between them when space permits.
The guide and participants will use a hygienic mask in all cases and for the entire duration of the tour, even when keeping a safe distance. The mask must cover mouth, nose and chin to be really effective.
Your guide will provide you with free hydroalcoholic gel whenever you need it, especially at the beginning and end of the tour and after touching any object or external surface during the tour.
